The New York Missions were a limited time Event in December 2009.
A Ruby Key (obtained from Sagaan) was needed to access the portal to New York.
Most New York Missions required the Mission Item Blood of the Elders. Some also require the Ability Drain Youth or Shadow Transformation. In order to complete all 3 Chapters required 1150 Bloods of the Elder and 2066 Energy, earning ? Blood, ? XP, and 10 Limited Edition Abilities.

Completing all New York Missions before the Portal closed earned the Epic Ability Flames of Liberty.
Reset Mission Tier[]
After completion, you can reset each Mission tier and earn the 9 New York Abilities again as many times as you like, without it requiring Favour Points. However, you can only earn Flames of Liberty once and you will not earn any more Skill points for mastering each level.
